I had a wonderful experience at NCFD. First, Until I was about 30 I had great teeth and no cavities. But the inevitable happens and I found myself extremely nervous and anxious at the thought of fillings, drilling, and general work on my teeth outside of standard cleanings.
While my front teeth were ok, I ended up with extra health savings money last year and decided to have work done on my front four teeth to even them out, match the coloring of my other teeth and just spruce up my smile overall.
I had the option of going anywhere but Dr Hertzel’s professional and attentive demeanor was positive and reassuring. He spent extra time with me and provided additional measures so I could remain calm during my procedures.
I had four crowns completed on my front four teeth and have to say I am extremely pleased with my results. You can’t even tell they are crowns and match my other teeth perfectly.
Thank you to Dr Hertzel and his amazing staff for such good care and such a beautiful smile.

I, personally, have a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist, and Dr. Hertzel and his staff create a calming and reassuring atmosphere. I am petrified of the dentist. I had been prepped for a crown years ago and during surgery at the hospital the tooth was cracked and cutting my gums. My dentist had retired a good while back. My niece Amanda Basham recommended Family Denistry in New New Concord. I called and had an appointment. I ended up with a cleaning., couple of fillings and a bridge. Everything done local and not sent off to someone else. I felt very comfortable with the Dentist and staff. They are down to earth people. I have since been back for my routine cleaning. I have never had to sit a wait for my appointment. My husband is now also a happy patient. I have recommended my family members to Family Denistry.
